Job Description
Essential Duties Summary

• Work with Schools and Human Resources to build adjunct faculty pools at all locations and modalities (online, international, center, Fayette campus, and self-paced)
• Assist Human Resources when hiring active adjunct faculty members from pool
• Follow up on application materials (resume and official transcripts) and assure they have been forwarded to the appropriate Schools for review and approval to become active members of the adjunct pool
• Maintain and review list of approved and list of unapproved adjunct faculty members for Schools
• Work in collaboration with the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management to provide input regarding adjunct faculty rotations for upcoming semesters to be forwarded to the Deans for review
• Assist Deans in managing Schools’ adjunct faculty budgets
• Assist in developing and managing Academic Affairs web pages including a comprehensive adjunct faculty website
• Work with Schools to ensure academic quality assurance at all locations and all modalities (online, international, center, Fayette campus, and self-paced)
• Monitor enrollments for all courses taught by adjuncts and as overloads
• Assist Academic Affairs with accreditation updates
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Word, Outlook, Excel, management data bases, learning management system )
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Analysis and reporting of data

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (masters preferred)
• Knowledge of web page design and maintenance
• Capable of taking data, analyzing it and developing reports
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Strong project management skills
